Commitment to Marriage Equality Statement

After much thoughtful review and dialogue, the Commitment to Marriage Equality Statement was approved by the Administrative Board on September 17, 2013. Prior to the vote, the AdBoard supported three open discussion forums. This provided opportunities to review the statement and address questions or concerns. Thanks to all who led these discussions and to those who participated is the open, respectful and healthy dialogues.
Signing the statement on behalf of the congregation, ¬†Sue Restemayer, Chair, Administrative Board; Rev. Elizabeth Macaulay, Pastor; Nick Dewey, Chair, Board of Trustees; and David Couillard, Lay Leader.  The statement was signed on Sunday, September 22, 2013.
